The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a Performance and Payment Bond (Over $100K ONLY), in the amount of 100% of the Contract Amount, or a 20% cash escrow or a 25% irrevocable letter of credit, in the form included in the Project Specifications. The HACD reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. In the event of an identical dollar amount for the total of the Base Bid, the lower bidder will be determined by the HACD as the bidder with the earliest recorded date and time as received by the HACD.
