De Anza Magnet Site Improvements: The work consists generally of, but is not limited to, removal of existing concrete hardscape and miscellaneous site improvements as required to complete the work at De Anza Magnet shade structure. Provide new concrete hardscape per drawings to support shade structure. ELOP Modular Buildings Phase II: The work consists generally of, but is not limited to, removal of miscellaneous site improvements s required for installation of modular buildings, provide ADA improvements to existing restrooms at Lincoln, Martin Luther King and Sunflower Elementary Schools, provide ADA site and fencing improvements, concrete hardscape, electrical and fire alarm system. All work must be completed within the calendar days specified in the Information for Bidders from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Time is of the essence. Failure to complete the work within the time set forth herein will result in the imposition of liquidated damages for each day of delay, in the amount set forth in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw any bid for a period of SIXTY (60) calendar days after the date set for the opening of bids.
