The Florida Department of Transportation is soliciting qualified bidders to remodel the existing men's and women's restrooms in the Perry Maintenance Crew Building. Provide sufficient work force, equipment, materials, oversight, permitting, safety, cleanup, and all incidentals necessary to remodel two (2) restrooms at the Perry Maintenance Facility. Work includes total replacement of existing countertops, bathroom partitions, painting, and all plumbing fixtures. All work will be in accordance with the Department of Transportation's Construction Plans, the 2023 Florida Building Code, and all applicable laws, rules, codes shall be followed for this project.
