Missing/incomplete RFQ responses will be considered noncompliant. RFQ closes 9/19/24 @EST 5PM. RFQ close date will not be extended. No questions will be answered. Place of performance: Beckley VAMC 200 Veterans Ave, Beckley WV 26301 Estimated Price: $159K This is a service for deinstall and install of upgrade of existing patient elopement patient safety and boundary to help mitigate/identify/alarm at risk of patients accessing stairwells, elevators and/or leaving patient care areas unless they are with an authorized staff member at the facility. This project is primarily equipment that is affixed to doors, hallways and the elevators, reusable armbands to establish electronic perimeters with wanderguard blue indoor and outdoor key pad, indoor and outdoor controller, annunciator, LF antenna, repeaters, egress delay, gate electronic magnetized lock for 5 floors for 31 boundary areas that include elevator, exit doors, patient doors, and areas stairway entries of Building 1 and building 35. The other component is a durable reusable/programmable/cleanable armband that each designed patient would wear that activates an alarm/warning when the armband and perimeter overlap. The Vendor shall perform to the standards in this contract. There will be no furnished property and services. The Vendor shall provide all personnel, equipment, warranty, shipping, supplies, site inspections, elevator connection, permits, plans, drawings, install, missing parts, defective parts, wanderguard blue indoor key pads, reusable patient rfid armband, wanderguard blue outdoor key pad, hardware, repeaters, remotes, reset switches, compatible with exiting Stanley locks, transmitters, prevailing wage labor, relays, annunciator, start up kits, training, facilities, transportation, tools, missing parts, labor materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary for install a fully operational turnkey at risk wanderguard blue patient elopement alarm system as defined in this SOW and installed within 180 days.
