Argonne is seeking a contractor to provide parts, equipment, and materials for plumbing systems. The vendor should be able to deliver directly to the building docks specified on each order. We require next day delivery if items are in stock. Please review the provided "Instructions for Offerors" and ANL-70 Request for Quotation, dated September 17, 2024. It is anticipated that a Blanket Purchase Agreement will result from this solicitation with an estimated ceiling price. It is Argonne's good faith estimate that we will utilize the estimated ceiling price worth of equipment; however, this estimated amount may fall short or exceed the actual amount ordered. The Contractor is not guaranteed any minimum dollar amount under the proposed blanket agreement. We require the vendor to be able to supply the following: Pipe & pipe fittings. Stainless, carbon steel, PVC, copper, flanges, PRV, back flow, etc. Valves ball, steam, gate, globe, etc. Pumps & pump parts. Zoeller, B&G, etc. Sloan equipment & parts Spirax Sarco steam equipment & parts Plumbing fixtures toilets, urinals, sinks, etc. Water heaters Viega Propress fittings & valves Pipe insulation Pipe accessories hangers, friction clamps, Unistrut clamps, etc. Elkay water coolers & parts Please return a signed and completed ANL-70 Request for Quotation, ANL-70B Pre-Award Information, and Price Schedule C for commonly ordered parts. Any other evidence to support the ability to provide the above is requested and appreciated. *OFFERS WILL BE EVALUATED BASED UPON LOWEST PRICE, TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE CRITERIA* Offers are due by 12:00pm on September 24th, 2024.
