The Town of Leesburg, Virginia ("Town") is requesting sealed bids from qualified Bidders to provide construction services for the initial development of the access road, parking lots, boat ramp, and related items at Veterans Park at Balls Bluff in conformance with the construction drawings prepared by Alpha Corporation and the specifications and technical requirements included in this Invitation to Bid.. The awarded bidder, also referred to herein as "Contractor", shall provide construction services, including, but not limited to erosion and sediment control, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, aggregate base, asphalt base and surface, guardrail, storm drainage and stormwater management facilities, boat ramp, sidewalks and trails, pavement marking and signing, landscaping, other related incidental items, and all incidentals related thereto to complete all of the construction work as shown on the attached plans and specifications.
