Phase Ii The Work Involves Excavation, Replacement of Unsuitable Material and Backfill for Foundation Construction, Construction of Cast-in-place Concrete Foundations, Assembly and Launching of Permanent Acrow Bridge, Installation of Timber Deck, Guardrails and Precast Concrete Approach Barriers, and Related Roadworks to Open the River Crossing Over Lawford River. Phase Iii Return of the Acrow Bridge Launching Components to Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure Stony Mountain Bridge Yard and Demobilization From the Site. Completion Model the Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Completion Dates and Liquidated Damages Sub Completion 1 All Work for Phase 1 as Detailed Under the Description of Work Shall Be Completed by No Later Than March 20, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specific Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of One Thousand Five Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Sub Completion 2 All Work for Phase 2 as Detailed Under the Description of Work Shall Be Completed by No Later Than December 31, 2025. The Contractor Shall Ensure All Necessary Work is Completed to Accommodate This Date Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specific Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of One Thousand Five Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Completion All Work as Detailed Under the Description of Work Shall Be Completed by No Later Than March 20, 2026. The Contractor Shall Ensure All Necessary Work is Completed to Accommodate This Date. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specific Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of One Thousand Five Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. In Addition to the Daily Liquidated Damages, a Lump Sum Liquidated Damage of Twenty Five Thousand ($25.000.00) Dollars Will Be Charged to the Contractor if the Work Associated With Interim Completion Date Ii is Not Completed by December 31, 2025. In Addition the Lump Sum Liquidated Damages Will Be Charged to the Contractor on a Recurrent Annual Basis Until Substantial Completion.
