Approach Slab, Partial Depth Concrete Repair 130 S.F. Epoxy Resin Sealing, Concrete Cracks 160 L.F. Concrete Header Spa l Repair 220 S.F. Preformed Elastomeric Joint Seal (I&W,D) 20 L.F. Curb Spa l Repair 3 S.F. Terminal Connector Repair 3 Unit Approach Guide Rail Transition Zone, Type B Repair 1 Unit Approach Guide Rail Transition Zone, TL-2 1 Unit Beam Guide Rail 50 L.F. Submission of Bid: Each Bid must be made upon the prescribed forms, furnished with the Contract Drawings and Specifications, accompanied by a Proposal Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond from a Surety/Bonding Company licensed and qualified to do business in the State of New Jersey, a Certified Check, or Cashier's Check in the amount of ten (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not to exceed $20,000.00 to insure signing of the contract. Bidder shall submit with a bid a Certificate of Surety from a Surety Company licensed and qualified to do business in the State of New Jersey, pursuant to Federal and/or State law as a Surety, stating that it will provide the Contractor with a Performance Bond of the total bid price. Bids are to be delivered no later than the prevailing time indicated above. The delivery or non-delivery of the Bid is the sole responsibility of the Bidder. The Township will not be responsible for late postal delivery or late delivery of courier service. No Bids shall be accepted by the Township of Mount Olive after the above designated date and time. The Bid package must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Township of Mount Olive, Municipal Building, PO Box 450, 204 Flanders-Drakestown Road, Budd Lake, New Jersey 07828, Attn: Robyn Esposito, Purchasing Director; bearing the name and address of the bidder written on the face of the envelope, and clearly marked "Bid Number and Title". Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Affirmative Action); P.L. 1963, c. 150 (Prevailing Wage). The Successful Bidder will be required to submit a Payment Bond and Maintenance Bond. The Successfull Bidder will be required to comply with all the provisions of Prevailing Wage Rates as determined by the New Jersey Department of Labor. The proposed project is being partially funded by the New Jersey Department of Transportation's Local Aid Program. The Township reserves the right to waive minor defects and informalities in any Bid and to reject any and al Bids, or to accept Bids that are, in the opinion of the Township, in the best interest of the Township.
