The Work will consist of Asphalt Concrete Pavement Repairs. - Contractor shall be required to provide Asphalt Concrete Pavement Repair at Hellyer County Park. The Work consists of refurbishing approximately 50,000 sq. ft. of deteriorated asphalt concrete pavement. Work includes approx. 45,000 sq. ft. of Slurry Seal and approx. 14,600 sq. fl. of 2" A.C. Overlay. 1. Refurbishing approximately 50,000 square footages (sq. ft.) of deteriorated asphalt concrete pavement. 2. Includes approximately 45,000sq ft. of slurry sear and approximately 14,600 sq. ft. of 2" asphaltic concrete overlay. The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate of the bid price, including all additive bid items. The check or bond must be made payable to "The County of Santa Clara." CONTRACTOR'S LICENSING REQUIREMENT The Contractor must possess an A and/or C12 Contractor's License issued by the Contractor's State License Board at the time the bid is submitted, per Business and Professions Code section 7028.15.
