The Work for which Bids are asked includes the following: Replacement of the existing Summit Lake public boat launch, including lakebed dredging and grading, precast concrete planks, crushed aggregate base, and rip rap. All work will be located below the Ordinary High Water Mark and a temporary turbidity barrier will be required. A WI DNR Chapter 30 permit has been obtained for the work and is available to prospective bidders to review for requirement information. There are no prevailing wage rates for this contract Bids may not be withdrawn within 60 days after the date of the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to award the Contract to the Bidder, who in the judgment of the Owner, will best serve the interest of the Owner.
