The City of Marinette is soliciting Bids for the proposed splashpad construction and related improvements at the Civic Center Pool. PROJECT SCOPE: The project scope includes but not limited to: demolition, concrete flatwork, underground utilities (water, storm sewer), splashpad construction, site plumbing, site electrical, fencing, and site restoration. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all Bids. The letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Sections 61.54, 66.0901 and 66.0903, Wisconsin Statutes. All prime contractors shall complete the required pre-qualification forms prior to bid submittal. PRE-BID CONFERENCE: There will not be a pre-bid conference for this project. Contractor questions may be directed to Parkitecture + Planning, 608-203-8203. BID BOND: A satisfactory Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid payable to the OWNER, shall be submitted with the Bid via online. SCHEDULE: Selection of final bid is at the sole discretion of the OWNER and they shall reserve the right to waive irregularities should it be needed. All Bids shall remain valid for 60 days after bid opening.
