The work consists of, but is not limited to, the construction of a new 1,614 SF reinforced concrete amphitheater (covered stage platform, enclosed storage and electrical rooms, (2)ADA ramps)(Phase I) along with an 808 SF bathroom building (Phase II) as part of the cultural improvements at McTyre Park located at 3501 SW 56th Avenue, West Park, Florida 33023. Site work to include clearing/grubbing, earthwork/grading, concrete sidewalk, modified asphalt path, water/sewer utilities, stabilized drive, fencing, landscaping, and irrigation. The project requires the Contractor to provide full construction services including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, machinery, tools, supplies, services, equipment and incidentals necessary to construct the amphitheater and restroom in its entirety in accordance with contract plans prepared by CPZ Architects, Inc. The City of West Park reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals with or without cause; to waive any or all irregularities with regard to the specifications and to make the award to the firm offering the greatest advantage to the City. The City also reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel this Invitation to Bid/Request for Proposal at any time.
