The work to be done under this contract includes the furnishing of all technical personnel, labor, materials, and equipment required to perform the work included in the project entitled "Project No. 32184, Monroe Street (600-700 blocks)" in accordance with the plans and specifications on file with the Department of Public Works. The proposed work for this project will include the furnishing of all material, labor, and equipment to reconstruct the 600 block and the northern portion of the 700 block of Monroe Street, inclusive of a new traffic signal at the Monroe-Dunklin intersection and rock slope stabilization. The bidder agrees to attempt to expend at least two and twelve hundredths percent (2.12)% of the contract, if awarded, for Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). Question Deadline 09/26/2024 at 4:00 PM CT All questions concerning the project must be submitted five days prior to the bid opening. The proposed work for the project entitled "Project No. 32184, Monroe Street (600-700 blocks)" will include the furnishing of all material, labor, and equipment to reconstruct the600 block and the northern portion of the 700 block of Monroe Street, inclusive of a new traffic signal at the Monroe-Dunklin intersection. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities therein, to determine which is the lowest and best bid and to approve the bond.
