Rogers Settlement Park & Trail Project The City of Frisco is developing a brand new neighborhood park and connections to an existing trail system. Davis Park and Trail project will be a new park approximately 11 acres in size. It will feature a variety of park programs and a regional trail connection. The park will offer structured and passive play areas, a large play lawn, a multi-sport court, a play track, looping trails, an off-leash dog park for both large and small dogs, dedicated off-street parking, a trailhead, public art installation, and three custom shade structures. In addition to the main park site, just under 1 mile of new regional multi-use trails will be provided as a part of the City of Frisco's continued effort to expand its regional trail network within the hike and bike master plan. The deadline for questions is 5:00 PM CST on October 2, 2024. All questions should be submitted via online. Receipt of responses does not bind the City to any contract for said products or services, nor does it give any guarantee that a contract for the CSP will be awarded.
