Installation of a pre-fabricated dual stall restroom, lighting improvements throughout the park, and related site and utility improvements, including ancillary work in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. City may reject any and all Bids and waive any minor irregularities in the Bids. Required Contractor's License(s): A California "A" contractor's license is required to bid this contract. Joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to award of this Contract. Specialty work may require a specialty contractor's license, held by Bidder or a listed subcontractor. Prevailing Wage Laws: The successful Bidder must comply with all prevailing wage laws applicable to the Project, and related requirements contained in the Contract Documents. Copies of the general prevailing rates of per diem wages for each craft, classification, or type of worker needed to execute the Contract, as determined by Director of the State of California Department of Industrial Relations, are on file at online and are deemed included in the Bidding Documents. The successful Bidder shall post the applicable prevailing wage rates at the Site
