22.14.388 (Rev. 1, 4-4-2023) Project scope shall include the installation of approximately 4,219 LF of 6"-8" PVC waterline; 3,564 LF of 8"-12" PVC sanitary sewer; 2,753 LF of 24"-60" RCP storm sewer; and 14,026 SY of 6" concrete paving. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount Bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract Documents and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates and Bonds within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the successful bidder.
