This Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes the requirements for the contractor to perform maintenance and repair to all closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras, monitors, wiring, DVR's and associated components. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, clean up and transportation necessary to perform maintenance and repair. The contractor shall perform maintenance and repair at two KMAC buildings, 3094 and 3096, located at East Perimeter Road, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20761. Contractor shall perform scheduled preventive, unscheduled, and emergency maintenance. All maintenance shall be performed on-site, at the specified locations. All preventive maintenance shall be performed every three months, within five business days, Monday through Friday, during the hours of 0700-1600. Saturdays and Sundays are non-workdays. Unscheduled maintenance shall be responded to within 24 hours of receipt. Emergency maintenance shall be responded to within four hours of receipt. If repairs are discovered during routine maintenance, the contractor shall adhere to procedures outlined in Paragraph 5.5. This task shall have one 12-month base plus four option years. The Base POP starting on 30 September 2024 through 29 September 2025. All questions about this requirement should be submitted to Jason Zajac in writing via email at jason.m.zajac2.civ@us.navy.mil. Questions are due on or before close of 19 September 2024. Questions will be answered by or on 20 September 2024.
