The City of Lebanon, Missouri (The City) invites bids from qualified organizations for the Mountrose Street Storm water Improvements as specified herein for the City of Lebanon. Question Cut Off Date 10/9/2024 12:00:00 PM (CT) The completion date for this project shall be no later than March 31, 2026. A $1,000.00 per day penalty for the first ten (10) calendar days, $2,500.00 per day for the next ten (10) calendar days and then $5,000.00 per day for every calendar after twenty (20) days will be assessed to the supplier if this project is not completed by March 31, 2026. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a bond, certified check, or money order in the amount of 5% of the service providers bid made payable to the City of Lebanon, Missouri, (personal or company checks will not be accepted) and shall be hand delivered or mailed to the address below. When Contractor delivers this Contract, executed, to the City, each bound Contract shall be accompanied by an original executed Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond, on forms provided by City. Bonds shall be written by a company approved by City, each in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, guaranteeing complete and faithful performance of the Contract and payment of all bills
