Reference Number 0000362984 Replacement of off-system bridge structure number Rehabilitation of off-system bridge structure number FRSTN20.0_15.0A, which carries Weld County Road 20 over the Coal Ridge Ditch. The bridge substructure and superstructure are significantly deteriorated resulting in the replacement of the bridge with the Concrete Box Culvert. The major components of the project include the following items: Removal of the existing bridge structure Installation of new Concrete Box Culvert The design plans and specifications that relate to this RFP will be provided as an addendum. The Town is soliciting professional services necessary to manage construction management services for the Weld County Road 20 Bridge Replacement Project. This project is partially funded through the Colorado Special Highway Committee Off-System Bridge Grant Program. The Consultant will consult with and advise the Town and act as the Town's Representative. As directed, the Consultant will have authority to act on behalf of the Town. The consultant will be on-site to continuously observe the contractor's daily work (where a major portion of Consultant project staff time is spent observing work in progress), evaluate the quality of the executed work, and determine in general if the work is proceeding by the Contract Documents. The Consultant will be responsible for all aspects of managing and ensuring compliance with the Colorado Special Highway Committee Off-System Bridge Grant Program during Construction. The project construction phase is anticipated to be 140 Working Days.
