Project construction includes but is not limited to: Erosion Control Earthwork Riprap Soil Placement Concrete Bridge Abutments Owner Provided Bridge Placement Trail Connection Railing Installation Site Restoration and Plantings This project must be substantially complete on or before April 15, 2025. All bids shall specify the anticipated starting and completion dates. River crossing approximate location: Online Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Contractors License Required - Installation Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % A Bid Bond in an amount equal to 5% of the total Bid amount is required at the time of the Bid Opening. The Guarantee must be a Bid Bond executed by the Bidder on the Town's Form. No Bid will be considered unless accompanied by the Bid Guarantee. If awarded the Bid, a Performance Bond and Payment Bond are required within ten (10) days of the date the written Notice of Award, each for the total amount of the Contract Price. Contractor must be able to bond for the full contract amount for this project. No Bidder may withdraw a Bid for a period of 60 days after the date fixed for opening the Bids Question Deadline 10/01/2024 at 7:00 AM MT The Town of Johnstown reserves the right to cancel this Advertisement to Bid; reject any and all Bids, in whole or in part; to adjust the quantity of Work to be done as mandated by budgetary requirements; and to waive informalities or irregularities in the Bids received; when it is in the Town's best interest to do so.
