Project Description In general, the project involves the removal of the existing airport rotating beacon and tower down to the foundations as well as the installation of a new tip-down style airport rotating beacon in a new location. Additional work includes a new foundation, conduit, wiring, and maintenance pad expansion. To minimize disruption to the facility, it is the intent of the City to offer only this opportunity to view the premises. Statements made by the City's representatives at the pre-bid conference are not binding upon the City unless confirmed by written addendum issued under Section II (7.0) of this ITB. Single Point of Contact City of Eugene Purchasing is the issuing office. Address all concerns or questions regarding this solicitation to the Purchasing Analyst identified below. Bids will not be accepted after the bid closing time and date. Bids shall be valid for one hundred fifty (150) days after opening unless otherwise specified in the bid specifications.
