DAVIS-BACON ACT and AMERICAN IRON AND STEEL REQUIREMENTS This project is being funded by the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) Program. The loan recipient must be in compliance with all applicable Federal, Davis-Bacon Act and American Iron and Steel requirements.
