Deposit: $250.00 . Deposit checks shall be made payable to the Owner. Documents must be returned within 10 days of the bid opening, complete and in "like new" condition to obtain a refund. After 10 days, the deposit will be forfeited. Shipping: Additional shipping charges may apply. Contact vendor. The project will be performed under a Single Contract. Each Bid shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid submitted. Bid Security must be in the form set forth in the Instructions to Bidders - Invitation to Bid and be submitted in a separate sealed envelope clearly labeled Bid Security. Bid Security must be in one of the following forms: Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Certified Share Draft or Bank Draft of Surety Company and approved Bond Form. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Certificate of Insurance and Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds both in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Price and in accordance with other requirements outlined in the Bid Documents. Prevailing Wages and EEO Requirements: Bidders are advised that all wages are subject to the minimum wages as set forth in a Federal Wage Determination for this project. Bidders are also advised work under this Contract will be required to comply with Labor Standards Contract Provisions and Presidential Executive Order No. 11246. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. The Owner reserves the right to reject and or all bids, to waive informalities and irregularities in the form of the bid, and to endt into such contract, or contracts, as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the Owner.
