Each Bid shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid submitted. Bid Security must be in the form set forth in the Instructions to Bidders - Invitation to Bid and be submitted in a separate sealed envelope clearly labeled Bid Security. Bid Security must be in one of the following forms: Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Certified Share Draft or Bank Draft of Surety Company and approved Bond Form. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Certificate of Insurance and Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds both in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Price and in accordance with other requirements outlined in the Bid Documents.
