Solicitation W911SA25Q3011 will be issued on Wednesday, 11 September 2024, and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This requirement is for Snow Removal Services at one (1) location in Kansas. The performance period is 01 November 2024 (or subsequent date) to 31 October 2025 with four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. Quotes shall be emailed to laurie.e.lago.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes. Signed SF 1449, Completed information from the Supplemental Information section Completed Price Schedule Attachment. Signed Amendments (if applicable) If all required documents are not provided with the quote submission, your quote MAY NOT be considered for award. Place of Performance: Army Reserve Facility KS037 - 3130 George Washington Blvd., Wichita, Kansas 67210 Site visit: A site visit will not be held. Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later 10:00 AM CST, Wednesday, 16 Sept 2024. All quotes due 20 Sept 2024 no later than 10:00AM CST. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
