The Proposal should also include a cost for the replacement of the lower and upper roof,WPI8 Certificate and engineering. It is the responsibility of the submitting entity to ensure that the proposal is received in a timely manner. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered for award, regardless of whether or not the delay was outside the control of the submitting firm. Install New Edge Metal with Continuos Hook Strip for High Wind Tolerance f. Replace Existing Counter-Flashing at Walls with New Counter-Flashing and Joint Sealant g.
