The City of Freeport is Accepting Sealed Proposals for the roof replacement of the Freeport Old City Hall Building located at 200West 2nd Street. The Proposal should also include a cost for the replacement of the lower and upper roof,WPI8 Certificate and engineering. It is the responsibility of the submitting entity to ensure that the proposal is received in a timely manner. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered for award, regardless of whether or not the delay was outside the control of the submitting firm. The City of Freeport reserves the right to negotiate with any and all persons or firms submitting timely bids *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. Perform all work in accordance with OSHA standards. b. Install Two Layers of 2.2" ISO 95+ in low Rise Adhesive 6" O.C. Bead Spacing c. Install One Layer of 1/2 " Densdeck Prime in Low Rise Adhesive 6" O.C. Bead Spacing d. Install One Layer of 60 Mil UltraPly Membrane with Fasteners, Heat Welded e. Install New Edge Metal with Continuos Hook Strip for High Wind Tolerance f. Replace Existing Counter-Flashing at Walls with New Counter-Flashing and Joint Sealant g. Install One Layer of 2x6 Nailers as Needed to Raise Existing Edge to New Roof Height h. Provide Warranty on completed work. i. Provide WPI8 Certificate and engineering. j. Provide Performance/Maintenance Bonds as required. k. Drive Through Roof (Non Conditioned Space) - Deck 1/2 " Coverboard, Membrane l. Eye Brow Roof (Non Conditioned Space) - Deck 1/2 " Coverboard, Membrane m. High Roof (Conditioned Space) - R-25 in low rise, Coverboard in Low Rise, Membrane in Bonding Adhesive
