Public Services Roof Replacement The project generally consists of replacing a 3,200 SF roof located at City of White House Public Services 725 Industrial Drive, White House, Tennessee 37188 All bids must be made out on the Bid Form furnished with the Bid Documents. Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, subject to the conditions provided in the BID SECURITY subsection of SECTION 210, GENERAL CONDITIONS. All bidders must be licensed contractors as required by Chapter 135 of the Public Acts of 1945 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee and all subsequent amendments. The Bidder's name, license number, expiration date, and that part of the contracting classification applying to the Bid shall appear on the sealed envelope containing the Bid; otherwise, the Bid shall not be opened. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in the bids received, to evaluate bids, and to accept any bid or bids which, in its opinion, may be in its best interest. Question Deadline 09/23/2024 Pre-bid questions will be received formally in writing until COB (Call of Business) at City of White House 105D College Street, White House, TN 37188 (Renee Wilson) or email at Purchasing@whitehousetn.gov.
