The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for Homer Transfer Facility Paving Repair. The project consists of the following: Remove and replace approximately 975 SY of asphalt paving at the Homer Transfer Facility.
