In general, the intent and scope of the project is for the Contractor to provide all materials, equipment, tools and labor for the installation of 500 LF of 6" and 8" DIP and the renewal of of 26 water services on W. 6th Street in Lansdale Borough. In general, the intent of this project is for the Contractor to furnish and install all equipment, materials, tools and labor for the installation of water main and restoration of roadway and pipeline route as fully described and in accordance with the Technical Specifications and Drawings included with this Bid Package. The successful low Bidder must provide a certified check in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total, payable to NORTH PENN WATER AUTHORITY. In lieu of a certified check, a Bid Bond, having surety acceptable to the Owner, may be submitted directly to the Authority office. Question Deadline 09/16/2024 at 12:00 PM ET The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive any informalities, defects or irregularities in the Bids on any basis he deems to be in his best interest. The right is reserved, as the interest of the Owner may require, to revise or amend, the Contract Documents prior to the date set for opening of Bids. Such revisions will be announced by Addenda to the Contract Documents.
