Contract 2023-S-1 consists of the installation and rehabilitation of approximately 17,800 LF of PVC gravity sewer pipe (various sizes) via open-trench, 6,700 LF of trenchless PVC sewer pipe via fold and form, 240 LF of HDPE sewer pipe via pipe bursting, 130 LF of 30-inch boring, 129 manholes, 9,300 LF of gravity sewer laterals, 425 lateral viewports, appurtenances, and related work, including State and Local road restoration. Contract 2023-S-2 consists of the installation and rehabilitation of approximately 19,500 LF of PVC gravity sewer pipe (various sizes) via open-trench, 8,900 LF of trenchless PVC sewer pipe via fold and form, 1,900 LF of HDPE sewer pipe via pipe bursting, 150 LF of 24-inch boring, 144 LF of 30-inch boring, 185 manholes, 6,400 LF of gravity sewer laterals, 475 lateral viewports, appurtenances, and related work, including State and Local road restoration. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Prior to the award of the contract, the successful bidder shall furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond to the Owner, in the form contained in the Contract Documents and executed by a satisfactory circular 570 listed surety, each equal to 100% of the total contract amount. The bidder will also furnish evidence of insurance coverage as required by the contract documents. The successful bidder(s) will be required to complete all work within 540 consecutive calendar days from, and including, the date indicated by the Owner in their written Notice to Proceed.
