Remove and dispose of up to 550' of existing 6'high wooden fencing- Contractor required to verify actual measurement 2. Level and clear area prior to installation 3. Supply and Install up to 730' of 5'high Commercial Quality Black 3 Rail Rake Bottom Aluminum Fencing - Contractor required to verify actual measurement 4. Supply and install (4) 5'H-4'H x 6'W Transition Panels 5. Supply and install up to 68' of 4'high Commercial Quality Black 3 Rail Rake Bottom Aluminum Fencing- Contractor required to verify actual measurement 6. Removal of all trash and debris by the contractor 7. Permits responsibility of the contractor 8. Project must be completed within 90 days after notice to proceed 9. Contractor required to coordinate the project with City in order not to interfere with Facilities 10. One (1) year labor. Product; limited lifetime warranty against peeling, flaking, splintering, corrosion, rusting or abnormal discoloration under normal and proper usage 12. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary permitting, fees, labor, materials, to remove existing fence, installation and replacement of a new exterior commercial black aluminum fence. The installation required shall be accomplished with a high degree of quality workmanship.
