The Work generally consists of the purchase of one (1) 2,500 SF modular building, including delivery and installation, for the College of San Mateo. San Mateo County Community College District ("District"), acting through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the District, will accept electronically submitted bids for the award of the contract for the following public work: CSM B30 Renovation & New Portable Bldg. Project COLLEGE OF SAN MATEO San Mateo, CALIFORNIA Each bid must conform to and be responsive to the contract documents and be submitted on a form furnished by the District. Bids can only be submitted by those B licensed contractors who have successfully completed the contractor's qualification application and have been qualified by the District to bid on this project. In order to qualify, bidders must submit Document 00 45 13 Statement of Bidder Qualifications to the District, no later than 2:00 PM (PT) on Friday, September 20th, 2024. This qualification application is included in the formal bid documents. DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK. The Work generally consists of the purchase of one (1) 2,500 SF modular building, including delivery and installation, for the College of San Mateo. Bids submitted thereafter will be rejected for non-responsiveness. The District is not responsible for or liable to Bidders for: (i) inaccessibility of the PlanetBids portal; or (ii) untimely, incomplete or inaccurate data submitted through the PlanetBids portal. THIS IS A LABOR AGREEMENT PROJECT: This project is subject to the terms of the Program Stabilization Agreement (PLA) Executed between the District and the San Mateo County Buildings and Trades Council. Copies of the PLA are available on the Web PREVAILING WAGE: The successful Bidder must comply with all prevailing wage laws applicable to the Project, and related requirements contained in the Contract Documents. Prevailing Wage Determinations are on file at the District, available at CA Department of Industrial Relations website and are deemed included in the Bidding Documents. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code Section 1771.5.
