Remove existing flooring and vinyl baseboards in office areas and the lab. Remove existing flooring and vinyl baseboards in the operation area and replace the flooring with 18x18 heavy-duty textured rubber interlocking tile flooring. Prep floors as needed and install laminate plank flooring in office areas and the lab. Install 4" vinyl wall base baseboard molding trim in operations, offices, and the lab. Paint offices, SCADA room, hallways, and breakroom inside the building. Prep and patch holes in walls as needed. Remove furniture, boxes, etc., and replace them after the completion of work in each area. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, tools, and manpower needed to compete the work. The contractor is responsible for the removal of and disposal of all demolition debris/material resulting from the work performed.
