Manor ISD is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for Large Kitchen Equipment and Installation for multiple locations throughout the District. Question Deadline 09/16/2024 at 4:00 PM CT online submission. SCOPE OF WORK: bidding vendors are to include all costs of these items within their proposal. Vendor is responsible to verify all quantities, measurements, direction of operation, hinging, voltages, and utility requirements based on specifications per campus Vendor is responsible for verifying all drawings are applicable per campus where drawings are necessary. Vendor to disassemble, remove, and dispose of existing equipment and dispose of properly according to city and county ordinances off campus property. Vendor to accept delivery, receive, uncrate, assemble, deliver, and set in place all equipment as per campus location specified. Vendor is responsible for all final connections including, but not limited to, leveling, sealing, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, fabrication of any kind for specified equipment. Vendor to schedule equipment start up on installations to verify in good working condition as designed by manufacturer. Vendor is responsible to clean and remove all trash and debris from removal and installation sites. Vendor must coordinate installation and communicate with School District and all other sub-contractors as required. Vendor must provide folder & spreadsheet containing manufacturer manual & warranty information for each piece of equipment per site.
