1.13 mi of hot mix asphalt reconstruction, concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk, storm and sanitary sewer, water main, signal upgrades, signing, landscaping and pavement markings on M-58 from Avalon Avenue to M-84 (Bay Street) in the city of Saginaw, Saginaw County. This project includes a 5 year materials and workmanship pavement warranty. This project is an OJT VIP project. Please see Special Provision for Preparation and Consideration of Bids on On-THe-Job Training Voluntary Incentive Program Projects. Net classification required for this project is 13270 Ea or 13270 K In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes subclassifications of Ea and K. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in those subclassifications it must use prequalified subcontractors. Those subcontractors must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
