Commercial General Liability Contractor shall maintain Commercial General Liability insurance, including coverage for products and completed operations liability, contractual liability, liability from independent contractors, property damage liability, bodily injury liability, and personal injury liability with limits of not less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence, and $1,000,000.00 annual aggregate. The limits may be satisfied by a combination of primary and excess insurance. The coverage shall be written on an occurrence basis. Defense costs shall be in excess of the limit of liability. c. Automobile - At all times while the Contractor's representatives are conducting on-site work, the Contractor shall maintain Business Auto insurance for any owned, hired, rented, or borrowed vehicle with a limit of not less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage liability. The limit may be satisfied by a combination of primary and excess insurance. Work must be completed no later than: April 30, 2025. Bidder certifies in submitting a bid and in the performance of an award as a result of the bid, which the Bidder has complied with, or will comply with, all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances and all lawful orders, rules and regulations hereunder. The Bidder, by submitting the bid or performance that results from a contract awarded by The Town of Pineville, agrees not to discriminate against any employee or applicant based on an individual's race, color, religion, religious creed, ancestry, national origin, age (except minors), sex, sexual orientation, marital status, medical condition (cancer-related) and disability, and otherwise as required or permitted by law. Bidder further agrees that any sub-contract will contain a provision requiring non-discrimination in employment as specified above. Any breach of this provision may be regarded as a material breach of contract and cause for cancellation. CANCELLATIONS: The Town reserves the right to cancel contracts for failure on the part of the Contractor to deliver as promised, or within a reasonable time if no delivery commitment is made, unless acceptable notification of delay is given to the Town by the Contractor.
