Aledo Independent School District will accept Competitive Sealed Proposals for the Coder Elementary Serving Line and Kitchen Equipment Replacement Project. Phase 2 will be to replace the ice machine, disposer, work tables, pan rack, mobile proofer, exhaust hood, convection steamer, combi oven, heated cabinet, refrigerators, serving counter, milk cooler, mobile tray lowerator, cash register, hand sink, industion range, combi ovens, and utility chases. It is the intent of Aledo ISD to award this contract to a single vendor. Award is contingent on Texas Department of Agriculture and Aledo ISD Board approval. Although we are legally required to accept paper bids, we strongly request bidders submit electronically. Please feel free to contact the Aledo ISD Business Office at 817-441-5111 if you require any assistance with submitting your proposal. When filing your proposal electronically, please do not send us a paper copy, as the electronic version will prevail. If you must submit a paper response, it must be in a sealed envelope and you must write the RFP name and number, deadline date, deadline time, and your company name on the outer envelope.
