The City of Warner Robins issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purpose of obtaining bid responses for painting services to be completed inside City Hall. The scope of work will include, but not be limited to, prepping, priming, painting, and cleaning of all specified areas within City Hall. Question Deadline 09/18/2024 at 2:00 PM ET All questions must be submitted via electronically. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to accept or reject any item or combination of items. The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, value and other factors considered. Additional Scope of Work Specifications: o The primary paint color will be Sherwin Williams Extra White (HGSW7006) o The contractor is not responsible for removing items affixed to the wall o Imperfections on the concrete may be left as is with the exception of any flaking on existing paint - any areas where flaking has occurred on the concrete should be removed, refinished, and re-painted o Imperfections on dry wall should be filled, refinished, and re-painted o Contractor must furnish a dumpster for the disposal of existing materials being replaced o Contractor should provide a secondary color recommendation, any recommendations must be approved by the City o Wood handrails will remain as is o Lobby Ceiling will remain as is o The areas to be painted include, but may not be limited to, the following: - All public facing areas as identified at the Pre-Bid Meeting - City Hall Lobby (First Floor & Second Floor) - Carolyn Robbins Conference Room - Two stairwells - All bathrooms (4 downstairs & 4 upstairs) - Door trim - Doors - Air vents - Ceiling of Council Chambers
