Reference Number : 0000362214 The purpose and intent of this invitation to bid is to select qualified vendors to provide fencing services to include new installation of all types of fencing and the repairs or replacement of existing fencing to including fencing, gates, hardware, infrastructure, etc. Services are to include all labor, materials and personnel to complete the project. The District is seeking firm fixed hourly labor rates and firm fixed percentages (%) for parts and materials. Questions Deadline Date September 19, 2024 - 4:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes Services will be utilized district-wide, on an as needed bases and include, but are not limited to such projects as: - New installations of all types of fencing, gates, vehicle access gates and pedestrian gates - Repairs to existing fencing, gates, vehicle access gates and pedestrian gates - Replacement of chain link fencing and gates - Servicing of chain link gates - Wood fencing - Outfield backstops, athletic fields - Fencing safety corrections/deficiencies - Concrete work required - Removal and clean up Purchase Type Duration: 2 years Option: 3/1 Fencing projects shall be based upon project drawings, which must be reviewed and approved by authorized district personnel from the Support Operation Division or Office of Safe Schools, prior to the commencement of any work.
