Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Network, and System installation for the Cherokee County Water and Sewerage Authority Firms are required to examine the sites of the proposed work, the Specifications, Supplemental Specifications, Special Provisions, and Contract forms prior to submitting a Proposal Each Proposer must furnish, upon award of the Contract, a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond. The Performance Bond shall be in a sum not less than one hundred percent (100%) and the Payment Bond shall be in a sum not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total price bid for the completed work and the appropriate insurance certificate showing the Cherokee County Water and Sewerage Authority as an additional insured. No Firm may withdraw his Proposal within 90 days after the actual date of the opening, thereof. Award of proposal will be made at a later date. The Cherokee County Water and Sewerage Authority Water reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, re-advertise, and to reduce or add to contract from time to time.
