The work for the Washington County 2024 Cross Creek Concrete project in Hopewell and Cross Creek Townships, Washington County, Pennsylvania, shall include, but is not necessarily limited to 1. Grading existing shelter subgrade areas. 2. 6" 2A Subbase placement in all areas of placement. 3. Placement of a minimum of 5" of concrete in shelter areas. 4. Placement of new concrete stairs. 5. Placement of concrete slab for dumpster area 1) Mobilization 2) Grade Subgrade 3) 6" 2A Subbase 4) 5" Depth Concrete Pavement 5) Concrete Stairs 6) 2A Concrete Backup All bids must be submitted as ONE ORIGINAL + THREE COPIES (1 unbound) according to the specifications and upon a uniform proposal blank. Vendors receiving bids from the website are responsible for checking for contract changes at the website. Bid offer must be accompanied by cash, certified check, cashier's check, bank good faith check, other irrevocable letter of credit or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total amount of bid and made payable to the order of the "Washington County". Only the Bid Securities listed will be accepted. The Washington County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bid offers.
