Village St. Pump Station Rehabilitation Project. All requests for mailing of Bidding Documents must be accompanied by a separate nonrefundable handling and mailing fee in the amount of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) in cash or check made payable to Haley Ward. A complete set of hard copy Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Engineer, Haley Ward, for a deposit of Fifty ($50.00) in cash or check made payable to Haley Ward. This deposit will be returned to all Bidders of record, or upon return of plans and specifications in good condition, within fourteen (14) days after the opening of Bids. Question Deadline 09/19/2024 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Robert Pickering, Haley Ward, Inc 63 Great Road, Suite 200, Maynard MA, 01754 and to be given consideration must be received at least seven days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
