The City of Harrisburg invites bonded and insured contractors to submit construction bids for the renovation of our iconic baseball stadium (FNB Field) located on City Island in Harrisburg, PA. This exciting project offers a range of bid opportunities, including drilled piers, steel, site work/utilities, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. Base Bids for FNB Stadium Renovations IFB 2024-11 Bid 1 of 2 include: Drilled Piers Sitework / Utilities, and Structural Steel & Misc Metals Deadline to submit Questions Sep 13th 2024, 11:00 PM EDT Cost between $10-12 million. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The FNB Field Renovation project includes minor interior renovations to the existing visitor and home team clubhouse, and a new separate 2-story building addition. The total area of the building addition is approximately 8,000 GSF. The buildings primary occupancy will be Assembly A-5 use, with mixed occupancy of A-2, B & S. and Type IIB Construction Type. The scope of the work includes structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural disciplines. General Trades: The General Contractor will include in their bid two (2) 52-foot trailers for use as construction site offices. The site office will also be used for any on-site project meetings. o Trailers should be climate controlled. o The City of Harrisburg (CoH) will pay all utility costs and provide for trash removal. o Electrical hook-ups will be provided by the electrical contractor. o CoH will provide tables and chairs. The contractor will provide any other desired furnishings. Electrical: The Electrical contractor should include in their bid the connection and disconnection of the electrical service for the construction site offices.
