Construction to the Plymouth Borough Public Library - Mechanical Construction The proposed construction to the Plymouth Borough Public General Construction Remove the existing roof and install a new EPDM roof. Mechanical Construction Remove existing rooftop unit and install a new HVAC unit. Bid security in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bid- der will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for 100% of their bid amount and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of their bid amount within 15 days of the contract being awarded. This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The project is funded by a grant from the Local Share Ac- count (LSA) Program Grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority and all requirements of this Authority are to be met by the Bidders. The successful bid will be required to submit Non-Discrimination/Sexual Harassment Clause which is contained in the Contract Documents. The Plymouth Borough does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability of familial status in employment of the provision of service. The Plymouth Borough is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. The Plymouth Borough re- serves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive informalities in the bidding. BIDS may be held by the Plymouth Borough for a period not to exceed Sixty (60) days from the date of the Opening of the Bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids, prior to awarding the Contract. In this period of time, no Bidder may withdraw their Bid.
