The Work under this Project generally consists of removal of existing pavements by milling, placement of bituminous concrete pavement, and associated pavement markings, and miscellaneous work, including but not limited to utility adjustments, line and symbol striping, shoulder upgrade, and guardrail installation within certain public rights of way and properties of the City of Williamsburg. This project will be locally administered by the City of Williamsburg. All work shall be completed within 90 days of Notice to Proceed. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5 %) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% Written questions related to the project must be submitted no less than five (5) business days prior to date of opening. Emails are an acceptable form of written documentation. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any minor non-substantive errors in the Bid. Question Deadline 09/18/2024
