The new Ray Township Fire Station will encapsulate the existing pole barn into an administration wing with an addition to the east and west. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % -- Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft or satisfactory bid bond in an amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the required insurance and bond certificates. *The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities in bidding, or to accept or to enter into negotiations with the lowest responsible proposal that, in the opinion of the Owner, will serve his best interest.
