Project Location: Fort Mill, South Carolina The Project includes the following Work: Rehabilitation of existing pump station with replacement of two (2) submersible pumps, valving, piping and electrical panels. The Project has an expected duration of 420 days. This project is being funded in whole or in part by the South Carolina Infrastructure Investment Program (SCIIP) opportunity number A-23-C074, which is administered by the South Carolina Rural Infrastructure Authority (RIA) and funded by federal State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). All federal SLFRF requirements and SCIIP requirements will apply to the contract. All contractors and subcontractors are required to be registered in the federal System for Award Management (SAM) and may not be debarred from doing business with the federal government. Respondents on this work will be required to comply with all applicable federal regulations, including those listed in further detail within the contract documents. ***Document Note: Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm local time, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office upon payment of $25 one-time administrative fee for digital/file sharing access or $75 for a printed set. No refunds will be granted. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to "Goodwyn Mills Cawood". Upon receipt of check as indicated above, or electronic proof of check as submitted via email to becca.pick@gmcnetwork.com, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service.
