Work includes removal and replacement of concrete paving including sidewalks, driveways, road pavement and parking lot pavement. This Contract is intended to provide a long-term stable process for the procurement of concrete removal and replacement for a variety of size and type of projects. This contract will establish the method and manner of work request and submittal of job specific pricing which will be based on a per item pricing as detailed. Additionally, this will allow for the variance in cost to the contractor through the establishment of Mobilization Charges which cover the contractors minimum cost to bring personnel and equipment to the city to perform work. The various jobs will require some or all of the following task to be performed as per the Technical Specifications section. Work includes (for referene including but not limited to): Mobilize to job as per individual or grouped Work Orders Removal and disposal of concrete of various thicknesses. (Per Square Yard) Install 3500 PSI Concrete 6 inches with No. 4 Rebar at 18 inch centers . (Per Square Yard) Install 5000 PSI Concrete 6 inches with No. 4 Rebar at 18 inch centers. (Per Square Yard) Install 5000 PSI Concrete 6 inches with No. 5 Rebar at 18 inch centers. (Per Square Yard) Install 5000 PSI Concrete 7 inches with No. 5 Rebar at 18 inch centers.
