Installation of new chemical feed systems at Town Branch WWT Pand West Hickman WWTP Question Cut Off Date 10/3/2024 04:00:00 PM (ET) All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid executed by a Surety Company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and countersigned by a licensed Kentucky Resident Agent, representing the Surety Company. Check or bond shall be payable to Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government. The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government reserves the right to reject any and all bid sand to waive all informalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government may be served.
