Santaquin City is seeking to enter into an agreement with a qualified and motivated Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor services for assisting the City and the City's contracted Engineer (J-U-B Engineers) with detailed design and construction of Phase III of the City's Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) with related facilities and appurtenances (Project) located at approximately 1215 North Center Street, Santaquin, Utah. The Project will include: Upgrading the Center Street lift station to a triplex submersible pump system and associated valving, electrical, controls, piping, electrical building, and required bypass pumping during construction activities. Converting an existing biosolids holding tank to a third biological process train including all aeration equipment, pumping system, blowers, mixers, discharge piping, flow meters, electrical, controls, etc. Adding a new Veolia (GE, Suez) Zenon membrane bioreactor (MBR) train into an existing basin within the existing WRF building, including; piping, valves, gates, baffle plates, chemical feed system extension, actuators, pumping systems, motors, blowers, headers, controllers, meters, electrical systems, mechanical systems, and tank coating Adding an additional reclaimed water pump and related equipment for operation Constructing a new biosolids holding tank with associated piping, valves, controls, pumps, tank cover, etc. Constructing a new solids handling support building including blowers, dewatering feed pumps, and associated electrical and HVAC/plumbing. Add solids load out facilities to existing dewatering building including screw conveyors, controls, building addition, roll-up doors, electrical, and HVAC improvements. Upgrade UV disinfection system; add new bulbs and relocate equipment to existing channel. Retrofit former treatment lagoons to additional storage ponds at the existing winter storage ponds facilities. Site civil and yard piping as required, offsite piping improvements, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC, and plumbing improvements as indicated in the Contract Documents, and all other items needed for a complete and functioning system. Question Deadline 09/17/2024 at 5:00 PM MT City will transmit answers to all verbal questions received at the meeting via electronically. Final Day to Respond to Questions Wednesday, September 18, 2024 @ 5:00 PM. The right is reserved by Santaquin City to reject any or all proposals.
