This project is for miscellaneous capacity related upgrades at the City of Kennewick's Water Treatment Plant (WTP), located at 615 E Columbia Dr. Upgrades include: removal and installation of five (5) owner furnished vertical turbine pumps, removal and installation of four (4) owner furnished skid mounted centrifugal filtrate pumps, removal and installation of 2,304 owner furnished individual membrane modules and related membrane accessory components, removal and installation of twelve (12) owner furnished variable frequency drives (VFDs) removal and installation of a new owner furnished PP-2 electrical switchboard cabinet and installation of associated power feeder conductors to and from cabinet. removal and installation of four (4) owner furnished recirculation heaters removal and installation of four (4) owner furnished turbidity analyzers replacement of the concrete filtration cells high performance protective coating system, and replacement of the filtered water discharge header pipeline high performance protective coating system. The City will post any Addenda and Bidder questions & answers solely through Public Purchase. The City cannot guarantee receipt of all bidder documentation to outside third-party centers. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Kennewick.
